Our names are Maria Siegel, and Travis Siegel, Travis is blind, and  is wanting to develop a screen reader for the visual impaired community.  There is one that we are trying to get the source code for and it has been on the market before, but the owner has died, and Travis had found the contact to some information on obtaining this code so he can put it back on the market for the blind.  We just need to find a loan or a grant for him to purchase the rest of this code.  We had already paid half of the code of this program that I'm trying to get.   I need additional 12,500.00.
